The Kitchen Wraps

A kitchen wrap serves the purpose of transforming the appearance of a kitchen by altering its colour. It is important to note that kitchen wraps are not designed to fix broken or damaged doors, units, or worktops. Instead, they provide a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a completely new kitchen or new doors. However, it is essential for customers to understand that depending on the existing condition of their kitchen, certain imperfections may still be visible even after the application of a kitchen wrap.

Times and Dates

The Company's team is committed to honoring all bookings, but in the rare event of sickness or production delays, the team will promptly communicate with the customer to reschedule. The Company acknowledges that this may cause frustration for customers, but we kindly request their understanding, as meeting deadlines has become increasingly challenging for everyone in these uncertain times.

Worktop Wraps

Worktop wraps are intended to provide the look of new worktops. It's important to note that they are not seamless and can be susceptible to damage, similar to non-wrapped worktops. Therefore, customers are advised to use cutting boards and avoid placing hot pots directly on the wrapped worktop. To achieve the optimal finish, the Company recommends that customers proactively remove any obstructions, such as old silicone, before our arrival. Failure to remove obstructions may result in visible joins and potential imperfections.

Splash backs

Splash backs are specifically designed to cover old tiles and walls. It's important to note that they are not seamless and do not come with any guarantees. To achieve the optimal finish, the Company recommends that customers remove any obstructions, including taps, before our arrival. Please be aware that old walls and cabinets may have size inconsistencies, and while the Company's team will make every effort to compensate for this, certain allowances must be made.

Silicone

To achieve the best finish, it is advisable for customers to remove any old mastic and silicone prior to installation. The Company's team will provide complimentary silicone service if required, but please note that this service is not guaranteed. For a superior-quality finish, the Company highly recommends hiring a professional to handle this task.

Prep Cleaning

Although we will thoroughly clean the surfaces before wrapping it is the responsibilty of the customer to clean all surfaces of grease and debris prior to us arriving, failure to do so may lead to added time to the duration of the installation and affect the quality and longevity of the wrap. If the job runs into an extra day due to this, additional fees may be occurred or they they may ask the customer to reschedule.

Additional Services

Any additional services that are not included in the original quotation, will be subject to additional charges, and the customer will be informed of the additional charges before the work is started.

Liability

Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the provision of kitchen wrap services.

Dispute

Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation and mediation.
